Executive Compliance Committee

The Executive Compliance Committee is appointed to assist the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) and Joint Audit and Compliance Committee (of the Boards) in fulfilling their obligations under the Compliance Agreement, and in performing their oversight responsibilities with regard to compliance and ethics.
