of the University.
- It exists to ensure consistency in University practice to conform with

or guideline.
How does a policy get posted in the E-Policy Library?
Anyone wishing to post a policy in the E-policy Library should:
1. Submit policy to the
Department Head for approval.
2. Once the policy has been
approved by the Department Head, it should be submitted to
the department’s
designated E-Policy Editor for review.
a. Policies approved by the E-Policy Editor will be forwarded
to the E-Policy Approver.
b. Unapproved policies will be returned.
3. Approved polices will
then be posted to the E-Policy Library.
